Bright Advocate represents the side of Xandir’s office he has the most difficulty embracing. Where Dark Judge corresponds naturally to punishment and destruction, Bright Advocate is the reminder that celestial authority also includes intervention, restraint, and mercy.
Mercy Is Still Action
Bright Advocate is not a passive symbol. Xandir uses the white blade while actively intervening in mortal danger, emphasizing that mercy in the series is not simply refusing to punish—it can require decisive rescue.
Deep Canon · The Gray Blade
Bright Advocate ultimately fuses with Dark Judge. The resulting blade is silver-gray through the center, with white and black edges still visible. Xandir’s growth does not erase mercy or justice; it teaches him to hold them together.
