The Giant Who Survived
Ganosh belongs to a surviving Giant network that has endured long after Heaven’s purges were believed to have eliminated the race. His continued existence is itself a challenge to the official story Xandir has been given for centuries.
A Bargain Designed for Xandir
Ganosh understands that simple threats will not control Xandir for long. Instead, he builds the offer around two desires Xandir has carried for ages: an end to his Destroying Angel sentence and the possibility of seeing Sempre again. In exchange, Xandir must help retrieve knowledge from the fallen city of Serche that could accelerate the End.
Manipulator, Not Final Master
Ganosh is the face of the bargain but not the highest authority behind it. He maintains communication with Xandir, directs his return from Serche, and uses threats when necessary, yet the conspiracy ultimately points beyond Ganosh to older and more dangerous leadership.
Deep Canon · Spoilers
The bargain serves Master Mahan, who wants the seed taken from Serche’s Tree of Death. Ganosh’s promises are therefore part of a larger plan rather than an independent scheme, and Xandir’s desperation is the opening the conspirators intend to exploit.
