What Are the Seven Secrets?
The Seven Secrets are extraordinary powers distributed through seven intelligent Ravens associated with Telegro and his Sanctuary. Each Raven is entrusted with one Secret and can share it with a mortal keeper.
Power Designed to Stay Divided
The system exists as a safeguard against tyranny. Rather than allowing one ruler to collect every great power in Burgenring, the Secrets are divided among separate holders who can resist anyone attempting to dominate the entire land.
One Keeper at a Time
A Secret does not circulate freely. Once a Raven entrusts its Secret to a mortal, that knowledge is not given to another until the current keeper dies. The result is a magical balance of power built around succession, responsibility, and scarcity.
The Secret Bearers
The Ravens are more than messengers. They can appear in modest forms, speak directly to chosen individuals, and reveal far greater forms and abilities when summoned in a time of need. Their relationship with their keepers makes the Seven Secrets both a political system and a personal calling.
